Return Policy - AccTek CNC

At AccTek CNC, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality CNC router products and exceptional service. This return policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning products to AccTek CNC.

Eligibility for Returns

AccTek CNC accepts returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be determined to have a machine quality issue. This includes defects in materials, workmanship, or functionality that affect the performance of the CNC router.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Only products purchased directly from AccTek CNC are eligible for return. We are unable to process returns for products purchased through third-party vendors or distributors.
  • Products eligible for return must be in their original packaging and include all accessories and documentation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or are not in their original condition.
  • Customized or modified products, including those with custom specifications requested by the customer.
  • Products damaged due to improper use, installation, or neglect.

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Provide details about the reason for the return and include any relevant photos or documentation.
  • Once the return request is approved, customers will receive an RMA number along with instructions for returning the product.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the product back to AccTek CNC using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Inspection and Refunds

Upon receiving the returned product, AccTek CNC will conduct a thorough inspection to determine if a machine quality issue exists.

  • If the issue is confirmed, a refund or replacement will be issued to the customer, at the discretion of AccTek CNC.
  • Refunds will be processed within 20 business days of receiving the returned product, using the original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
  • If the returned product does not have a machine quality issue or does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Warranty Claims

AccTek CNC products are covered by a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you believe your product is defective or covered under warranty, please refer to our warranty policy for instructions on how to file a warranty claim.

Limitation of Liability

AccTek CNC’s liability for defective products is limited to the terms of our warranty policy. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, or damage to other equipment.
