The HQD air-cooled ATC spindle works with the fixed linear tool changer to switch cutters automatically during multi-process machining. This reduces manual tool changes, shortens production interruptions, and improves efficiency when completing cutting, engraving, drilling, and profiling operations in a single workflow.
Hiwin guide rails and Leadshine easy servo motors provide smooth movement, responsive positioning, and reliable axis control. Their combination helps reduce vibration and positioning errors, allowing the AKM-C1 to maintain consistent machining accuracy and surface quality during both detailed and high-speed routing operations.
The T-slot vacuum worktable provides two practical workholding methods in one platform. Vacuum suction quickly secures large, flat sheets, while T-slots accommodate mechanical clamps and fixtures for smaller or irregular workpieces, improving setup flexibility across different materials, sizes, and machining requirements.
The Mach3 control system provides an intuitive interface for machine setup, toolpath control, parameter adjustment, and machining monitoring. Operators can manage routine CNC routing tasks efficiently, reducing setup complexity while maintaining stable machine control and consistent processing performance across different production jobs.
An air-cooled spindle and automatic oil lubrication system help simplify routine machine maintenance. Automated lubrication continuously protects important moving components, while air cooling eliminates additional water-cooling equipment, reducing maintenance workload, minimizing downtime, and supporting dependable long-term operation in production environments.
The integrated tool sensor automatically measures tool height and establishes an accurate Z-axis reference, reducing the need for repeated manual measurement. Faster tool setting helps shorten preparation time while maintaining consistent cutting depths, especially when multiple tools are used during complex machining processes.
Hiwin guide rails provide high rigidity, low-friction movement, and stable mechanical support for the machine axes. Their durable construction helps resist wear during repeated operation, maintaining smoother motion, positioning consistency, and reliable machining performance over extended production periods.
Leadshine easy servo motors use closed-loop feedback to monitor and correct positioning during movement. This helps reduce missed steps and accumulated positioning errors while providing stable torque and responsive axis control, improving long-term reliability during repetitive and continuous machining.
The HQD air-cooled ATC spindle combines high-speed machining capability with a simplified cooling design. Eliminating a separate water-circulation system reduces cooling-related maintenance points while supporting dependable spindle operation, efficient tool changing, and consistent performance during extended working cycles.
The automatic oil lubrication system delivers lubricant to important transmission and moving components at scheduled intervals. Consistent lubrication reduces friction, heat, and premature mechanical wear, helping maintain smoother movement while extending the service life of key machine components.
The automatic tool sensor provides reliable tool-height measurement and establishes an accurate Z-axis reference after tool changes. This reduces manual setting errors, improves repeatability, and helps prevent incorrect cutting depths that could affect workpiece quality, tools, or machine operation.
The fixed linear tool changer uses a straightforward rack configuration with fewer complicated moving mechanisms than some larger tool magazines. Its stable structure supports dependable automatic tool changes, reduces unnecessary mechanical complexity, and helps maintain consistent performance in multi-process machining.

6 reviews for AKM-C1 CNC Router

We have been using this CNC router for cabinet panels and custom furniture parts, and the overall performance has been very stable. The automatic tool changer saves us a lot of time because many of our jobs require several different cutters. Tool changes are quick, and we do not need to stop the machine as often as before. The vacuum table also holds large sheets firmly during cutting. I especially like the automatic tool sensor because setting the tool height is much easier. After several months of daily use, the machine is still running smoothly, and the cutting accuracy has remained consistent. It has been a practical upgrade for our workshop.

We needed CNC routers that could handle both one-off projects and small production batches without requiring too much manual setup. This model has been a good fit for that type of work. Changing between different jobs is relatively easy, and the automatic tool changer is especially helpful when a part needs several machining steps. Axis movement feels smooth and controlled, and we have had good repeatability when producing multiple copies of the same design. The tool sensor also saves time when changing cutters. We still check the machine regularly and keep the table clean, but routine maintenance is not difficult. Overall, the router gives us a good balance of flexibility, accuracy, and productivity.

I purchased the CNC router mainly for sign making and custom engraving work. So far, it has handled our daily jobs very well. The machine moves smoothly, and the finished edges are clean when the correct tools and settings are used. The automatic tool changing function is useful for projects that combine cutting, pocketing, and engraving. Mach3 took a little time to learn, but after becoming familiar with the basic controls, operating the machine became straightforward. AccTek CNC also provided useful information during setup. What I appreciate most is that the router feels stable even during longer jobs. It has helped us complete more orders without adding another operator.

Our previous router required manual tool changes, which became problematic when we started receiving more complex cabinet orders. This machine has made that part of production much easier. We can prepare a toolpath with several operations and let the automatic tool changer handle the different cutters. The vacuum table provides good holding force for full sheets, while the T-slots are useful when we need to clamp smaller pieces. Positioning has also been accurate enough for our normal cabinet work. Maintenance has been simple, especially with the automatic lubrication system. We run the router almost every working day, and it has provided reliable performance without creating unnecessary work for our operators.

The main reason we chose this CNC router was to reduce the amount of manual work involved in our routing process. Before installing it, operators spent quite a lot of time changing tools and setting the cutting height. The automatic tool changer and tool sensor have made those steps much faster. We also like the combination T-slot and vacuum table because our workpieces are not always the same size. Larger sheets can be held with vacuum, while smaller parts can be clamped when necessary. The machine has been reliable during long cutting programs, and the motion remains stable at normal production speeds. For our workshop, it has noticeably improved the overall workflow.

After comparing several CNC routers, we selected the AccTek CNC machine because its configuration matched our production needs without adding functions we would rarely use. Installation and initial setup were manageable, and the controls became familiar after some practice. The spindle runs smoothly, and automatic tool changing works well for programs that use several cutters. We have also been satisfied with the positioning consistency from one part to the next. The automatic lubrication system is a small feature, but it is useful because it reduces the chance of operators forgetting regular lubrication. We mainly wanted a dependable router that could operate every day with predictable results, and so far the machine has met that expectation.
